LIFTING MAGNETS

Lifting Magnets provide extraordinary strength in a compact size, ensuring safety and speed for lifting heavy loads. Designed to lift both flat and round ferrous metal items, they are ideal for handling steel plates, forgings, die castings, and similar items in machine shops, warehouses and industrial processing plants.

MaxX TG

Version designed for the safe handling of metal sheets and tubes with thin walls.  The special structure of the polar surface concentrates the magnetic flux at a closer distance.

MVS – MaxX Vertical System

It is the device for handling of pieces in vertical planes, designed to speed up the operations of loading / unloading workpiece on a horizontal spindle milling machines.

BatGrip

In environments where it is not practical or possible to access the power supply, BatGrip, an electro module on battery power, allows operation at a distance from the load through a remote control, handling flat and round loads of up to 2000kg.

The MAXXI crossbeams come from Tecnomagnete’s experience in developing solutions for the handling of ferrous loads. The legendary quality and reliability of MaxX lifters is combined with a durable and lightweight tubular structure.
Hooked to the crane, they are light and compact; their weight does not penalize the capacity of the crane.

EasyLift: lifting systems for low thickness metal sheets

EasyLift offers a versatile solution for the lifting of plates with thickness from 1.5 mm. Handling a sheet with the traditional methods (hooks, ropes, chains) can lead to bending and deformation of the load, making the operation unstable and dangerous.

With EasyLift the sheet is raised from the top, with ease, without damage. It is ideal in carpentry and for feeding cutting systems in all situations where the handling time is critical. The compact size and the low weight allow operation in reduced operating space, maximizing the capacity of the crane.
